1. Agreement and scope

These terms govern access to and use of Casino Check Nepal in English for readers in Nepal. By continuing to use the service, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it.

9. Changes and interpretation

These terms may be updated when the service, evidence standards or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms govern later use. A change does not retrospectively convert an earlier evidence record into proof of a broader claim.

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue as far as legally possible. Delay in enforcing a provision does not waive it. Headings organise the terms but do not expand the meaning of the underlying text.
